Joined Genashtim last 2015 and have been doing Recruitment Support for 6 years now. Has solid 10 years of recruitment experience gained from different headhunting companies. Has placed several positions like Finance, HR and Manufacturing in Financial, Semiconductors and FMCG industries. 

Graduated B.S Psychology in Far Eastern University. 

Yube currently lives in his hometown in West Java, Indonesia. He graduated from Bandung Tourism Institute with Hotel Administration major. Prior to joining Genashtim in 2016, he has been posted to work in several countries such as Malaysia, Singapore and India. His previous experience was Operations Manager for Fitness Clubs and Guest Service Team Leader for well-know Airline company. 

He is a photography enthusiast and claim himself as Sushi Connoisseur. 

Melicia Jane Pereña has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. She has been working ever since she graduated 26 years ago in April 1996. Before her employment with Genashtim, Jane's professional experience included office administration, writing grant proposals, research, and fraud risk management with involvement in financial and logistics support, and fraud detection prevention in the industries of computer games, financial services, engineering, environmental conservation, publication, education, and retail.

Jane loves reading fiction, as well as watching Netflix documentaries and Korean variety shows. Her music choices vary from the classicals and R&B to Korean pop. She also has a huge interest in learning, whether it involves skills or general information. She is currently based in Marilao, Bulacan, Philippines.

Eika has been working with Genashtim for almost 2 years now as a Recruitment Support Specialist. She has more than 5 years of work experience in recruitment specializing in executive search. Aside from her recruitment background, she has also work for events/production company, school, LGU and has work as freelance events coordinator.  

Eika is based in the Philippines. She holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts Major in Technical Theater. In her free time she enjoys watching Korean Dramas and also a fan of KPop groups like BTS and Black Pink. Also, she loves going to the beaches with family and friends. 

Vera has 8 years experience as an HR. Prior to joining Genashtim, she was an HR Supervisor for one of the biggest distribution companies in Surabaya, Indonesia. She started her journey with Genashtim in April 2021 as a Recruitment Support Specialist and is based in Malang, Indonesia. 

Vera holds a degree in Communication from University of Merdeka Malang, Indonesia. She enjoys baking, cooking, reading, and knitting. 

He has been a support specialist for over 11 years. With a Bachelor's degree focused in Informatics Management from Universitas Komputer Indonesia. 

He is a team player focused on satisfying customers' needs. He has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. He is a competent, logical, and caring person who enjoys finding solutions to problems.
